I agree I will not hold MySecureISP.com liable for misuse or abuse of the system, including any activity deemed illegal by local, state and federal authorities of any jurisdiction which I may be subject to while browsing the Internet.

I agree not to hold MySecureISP.com liable for any personal and/or business losses incurred, perceived or real due to violation of terms of service of my current Internet service provider including all commercial Internet service providers and Internet gateways provided by my employer, my current ISP, wireless hot spots, and government entities.

I agree I will not hold MySecureISP.com liable for personal and/or business losses incurred, perceived or real due to violation of terms of service of any other Internet provider, including instant messaging services, file sharing services, commercial websites or chat programs.

I agree that I understand that MySecureISP does not make any specific claims to protection of my computer system and/or my personal information stored, transmitted, or processed by my computer or over the Internet and that I will not hold MySecureISP.com liable for any attack of any kind on my computer by hackers, phishing, viruses, malware, spyware or any other Internet spread attack which may render itself on a network connected computer.

I agree that this software is provided "as-is" with no specific or general warranty applicable to its functioning over a period of time, or providing specific benefits which may be claimed by the client to be defective or misleading. I agree that if I am not satisfied with MySecureISP.com or any component of its service that I am free to cancel the service at any time with no additional fees applied beyond the date of cancellation and that this will be my sole method of resolving any complaint, defects, or perceived losses incurred from the use of the product.
